Refund Policy
If the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item, you have 7 days from date of receipt to notify us by email to start the process. After 7 days from the date of receipt and we did not receive any notification by email, you will not be eligible to exchange or refund your item(s). Please note that we do not accept exchange or refund on perishable items, intimates, gift cards, custom items or digital products.
Email must contain below Information:
Your NAME
ORDER NUMBER
The ISSUE (faulty product, wrong item)
What you'd LIKE (exchange or refund)
After we receive your email, we will assess the item(s) and process your exchange/refund provided the item(s) is/are in resellable condition. Your item(s) will be replaced or your money will be refunded by the same method you paid for it. This may take between 15 and 30 business days, depending on your payment method. Expect delays as some major cities are still reeling from the pandemic woes. Usually shipping cost will be shouldered by the customer/buyer depending on the assessment made by the manufacturer/supplier.
For Business Franchises sold by our Partner Company (ies) thru 888 Depot's platform, the exchange or refund will be handled by the concerned Partner Company (ies) and shall be governed by their Terms & Conditions.
